Application

hardwall hose designed for the loading and unloading of hot asphalt and tar, used for dock service. Not suitable for SubMarine – Offshore Moorings applications.

Temperature

from -15°C (+5°F) to +175°C (+347°F).

Construction

Tube: black, smooth synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: plies of steel wire cord and embedded steel helix wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), synthetic rubber, weathering, ozone, abrasion, asphalt and oil resistant.
Branding: continuous yellow spiral brand: "IVG - EN 13482:2001 - Type 2 SB/A/I.D. - 15 bar - 175°C - quarter and year of production / ASPHALT and TAR.
