IVG Colbachini is an Italian company. We produce rigid mandrel rubber hoses that can reach continuous length up to 120 meters long. Hoses suitable to convey any type of fluid in different industrial sectors: oil & gas, food, chemical, construction, metallurgical, railway, naval.
Each hose can be customized with fittings at the ends. We have more than 50 years of history and we have always set ourselves an objective: to industrially produce tailor-made solutions. We thus combine the economic, technological and qualitative advantages of large organizations with those of product customization.
We operate in over 100 countries with 4 international branches, ensuring rapid responses to customer needs.
Daciano Attilio Colbachini (1893 – 1982)
Daciano Attilio Colbachini was the founder of IVG: pioneer of military aviation, sports champion, holder of national and European records in the 110 m hurdles discipline. He was the first athlete from Padua to participate in the Olympics, and for this reason the athletics stadium in the city of Padua is named after him.
He was the heir of the great entrepreneurial tradition of the Fonderia Campane Daciano Colbachini e Figli – Stabilimento Pontificio, whose foundation dates back to 1745. Thanks to his personality he traced the path for the transformation of the centuries - old family business towards a modern and innovative industrial company.He was an enlightened and generous entrepreneur with a brilliant intuition: he founded the company for the production of flexible rubber hoses which is now located in Cervarese S.Croce.
Giuseppe Aldinio-Colbachini (1945 – 2023)
Giuseppe Aldinio-Colbachini was the great-grandson of the founder, and he gave his personal style to the development of the business. He joined the Company in the Seventies, and he was President from 1982 to 2023, leading the company the accomplishment of countless goals.
He always encouraged managers and collaborators so that IVG grew solid and renowned in Italy and around the world. He was a strong promoter of modern industrial diversification, and he was able to combine the present with the past. He was a contemporary patron who honored family tradition by supporting sporting, cultural and charitable organizations. In 2002 he founded the Museo Veneto delle Campane, in Villa Fogazzaro – Roi – Colbachini: he established a strong bond with the activity of the Fonderia Campane Daciano Colbachini e Figli – Stabilimento Pontificio. He will forever be remembered for his values, leadership and dedication to the Company. Those values that allow us to look forward to the continuation of entrepreneurial journey.

Producing high-quality hoses requires constant control, a discipline we cultivate with dedication. Since the 1970s, we have chosen the path of integration: acquiring or founding new companies to meet the needs of our production.
Real integration
Today, the reinforcing fabrics, markings, fittings, and many other components of our rubber hoses are manufactured within our facilities. They are part of a productive ecosystem that works in harmony. Industessile produces fabrics for technical articles, while Transfer Gomma handles transferable markings on polymeric supports. IVG Fittings Division manages fittings and mechanical finishes. These companies, born from IVG, have since developed their own autonomy, establishing themselves with strong identities in the market. In addition to these entities, other companies operate in complementary sectors. For instance, Solera-Thermoform Group creates thermoformed plastic products for various applications, and Officina Meccanica Marchetti manufactures molds for small thermoplastic or silicone items. Rubber and silicone rubber components are the focus of Silikoneurope and Silikonbrasil, while Rubber Pharm specializes in rubber products for the pharmaceutical sector. Finally, MIB Italiana and MIB International are experts in valves, connectors, and breakaway couplings for the oil and gas industry. Within the IVG Colbachini Group, we combine manufacturing and commercial expertise, enhancing the quality of our products through continuous exchange of technologies and information. We meet, discuss, and support each other, working together to find the best solutions for our clients.
