Flexible hose for suction and delivery of chemical products with high concentrations, combustible aromatics, hot oils and solvents, with Viton® tube.

Characteristics

Application
hardwall smooth hose mainly used in the petrochemical industry for the delivery of a wide range of chemical products with high concentrations, combustible aromatics, hot oils and solvents.

Temperature: -25°C(-13°F) +120°C(+248°F) depending on medium.

Branding: continuous violet stripe “IVG Chem (family logo)...”.

Construction

Tube: black, smooth, Viton® (FKM) rubber. Chemical resistance according to IVG chart. For temperature exceeding 50°C contact IVG.

Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord plus helix wire.

Cover: black, smooth, (wrapped finish), CR rubber, resistant to abrasion, weathering, ozone and oils.
