Following the success of the Food Shetland hose, particularly in the Cognac region in France, we designed a new spirit hose with a corrugated cover. The IVG R&D department made an even more performing structure for the world of liqueurs and spirits in general.
Food Shetland ond is a high quality food grade hose with corrugated cover, steel helix wire and incorporated antistatic copper wire. Designed for the suction and delivery of alcoholic products, it is perfect for use in narrow environments where reduced bending radii and particular movements are required. Used both in fixed production plants and in loading and unloading operations.

A wide range of diameters, combined with resistance to pressure and temperature variations from -30°C up to +80°C, make it a safe and highly performing hose.
Shetland ond is phthalate-free and complies with the main Regulations and standards of the food sector: EC Reg. 1935/04, EC Reg. 2023/06, EU Reg. 10/11, FDA, BfR.
