Application
softwall patented hose with fiber glass protections embedded in the wall, designed as a flexible connection in air brake systems in rail carriages and locomotive systems. Fire resistance, with low toxicity and low smoke emission. Flame resistant at least 15 minutes. (TGM-VA KU 20587-1-Austria). Coils: supplied usually in application lengths with tapered ends.
Construction
Tube: black, smooth, fire resistant synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord and heat resistant fiber glass plies.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), long lasting rubber, weathering, ozone, oils and fire resistant.
