Application
self floating hardwall hose used for the suction and delivery of drinking water from ship to oil rig. The reserve buoyancy is calculated following the OCIMF standard. Tensile breaking load: 2000 kgf for inside diameter 2", 4000 kgf for inside diameter 3", 7000 kgf for inside diameter 4".
Temperature
from -40°C (-40°F) to +100°C (+212°F).
Construction
Tube: white, smooth, food quality IIR rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord plus steel helix wire.
Cover: orange, smooth (wrapped finish), EPDM rubber, weathering, ozone, and sea-water resistant.
