VENT GIBI: the new IVG hose for manipulators

Grasp, rotate, overturn heavy loads: this is the task of an industrial manipulator. Coils, bags, bins, skeins, panels are moved effortlessly, in good ergonomic conditions and in maximum safety.
The task of our Vent Gibi hose is to convey compressed air in pneumatic lifting systems that handle loads of all sizes, shapes and weights.  

Gibi is made with innovative materials that last longer than hoses made with other components. It has an external plastic helix wire that reduces friction and improves slipperiness. The flexible structure resists torsions and supports complex angular and vertical movements. Gibi supports heavy duty work cycles with high frequencies and guarantees a suction flow of powerful and continuous air. In this way the grip of the product is always effective and productivity is constant throughout the entire working day.
The hose ensures maximum safety in use: it does not cause sparks from rubbing thanks to the dissipative rubber inner layer (electrical resistance <108 Ω for service lengths).
How do we know this? We use it every day even in our facilities.
