Product variants of Vinoflex Easy

It was an ordinary workday in the winery, one of those days set to the rhythm of the wines aging in storage and the equipment at hand: filters, pumps, and bottling systems. The winemakers moved among the big stainless steel tanks, each holding up to 10,000 liters of wine, performing measurements and visual, taste, and scent assessments. The cellar workers attended the various machines in operation, increasingly complex and nearly deafening in sound. Countless concerns crossed their minds, and unexpected challenges could change the course of their day - yet none of those challenges related to the rubber hoses. They were confident they had positioned the connection lines as accurately as possible.

Red hoses for all wines crafted in the traditional method, representing different names tied to the winery’s most historic vineyards. Green hoses for organic wines, born from soils cultivated with environmentally respectful techniques and compliant with winemaking regulations, particularly the limits on sulfites. Finally, yellow hoses designated for the areas where sparkling wines are produced, with their higher pressure and specialized processes in pressurized tanks. Red, green, yellow: they’re always our Vinoflex Easy hose, with different color covers based on the application.

This is how our product variants come to life: they meet practical needs and solve everyday challenges. On ordinary workdays.

Vinoflex Easy will be at the SIMEI exhibition in Milan-Rho, along with other IVG hoses for wineries. From November 12 to 15, visit us at the Booth U09 - Hall 3.

Don’t miss it - admission is free with registration on the official fair website. Exciting news awaits you, including the November 13 Conference we’ll be holding in collaboration with two professors of Enology from the University of Valladolid about the best practices for oxygen management in the winery. This is a unique opportunity to understand the importance of materials in wine oxygenation, examining in particular the role of hoses, fittings, and seals. There’s still time to confirm your presence at our event on November 13 at 10:30 am.
