IVG hoses at the Achema exhibition in Frankfurt

From June 10th to 14th, we will be participating in Achema, the leading trade fair for the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors. We will be present in Frankfurt with our Chem and Pharma flexible hoses, manufactured with elastomers that are high-performing with excellent physical and mechanical properties.  

A wide range of hoses developed by IVG Colbachini R&D and resistant to:

• Different fluids (including highly aggressive chemicals)

• High concentrations and heavy duty applications

• High temperatures

The inner tubes are made with the main elastomers: EPDM, EPR, FKM, PE-X, PE-UHMW, PFA, FEP. Based on our experience, we can offer the most suitable solution based on the conveyed material and the required application: fixed installation, discharge platform, laboratory, etc. 

The hoses meet the EN 12115:21 standard, and some structures are tested by INERIS for use in ATEX environments, ensuring maximum safety for operators and plants thanks to their electrical properties.

The quality of our hoses is completed by the internal fitting department that applies the main fittings from the chemical or aseptic line.
