Event at the SIMEI: presentation of the manual for managing oxygen
On November 13, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, at Hall 1 - Conference Room of the SIMEI exhibition, María del Álamo Sanza and Ignacio Nevares Domínguez, professors from the UVaMOX Department at the University of Valladolid, will present their work dedicated to the best practices for managing oxygen in the cellar. The professors coordinated this manual, leading a team that has been investigating the implications of oxygen management in cellars for almost two decades.
On November 13, there will be an exclusive preview of the essay in the Italian version, which has already been presented and highly appreciated in its Spanish and English editions. A large section of the manual is dedicated to rubber hoses, fittings, and seals.
