Chemical hoses: the 2024 brochure is now online

The new IVG brochure dedicated to hoses for chemical applications is now online. This updated document is designed for manufacturers and distributors of chemical products, transporters, and terminal operators. The hoses are suitable for all types of installations, whether fixed or mobile.

The range includes:

• Multipurpose hoses for different uses in the industries, suitable to convey chemical products, including highly aggressive substances, up to solvents. 

• Special hoses for specific applications and fluids.

Our products are made with the main elastomers on the market: FEP, PFA, PE-UHMW, PE-X, FKM, EPR, and EPDM. They comply with the standards of the sector and are resistant to a wide range of temperatures. Additionally, specific hose structures tested by INERIS are available for use in ATEX environments.

The brochure is designed to help users choose the right hose, thanks to the chemical resistance chart that indicates the most resistant elastomer based on the fluid being conveyed. For each hose, the available structure is listed (softwall for delivery only - hardwall with smooth or corrugated cover for suction operations), along with the diameters available in the catalogue and electrical parameters.

In addition to the production in coils, we can supply hoses complete with specific fittings for the chemical sector: flanges, camlocks, clamps, DIN 11851, and many others. Fittings satisfy main international standards and can be made with different materials, applied using crimping or EN 14420 half-shells.
