Application

flexible corrugated hose used as a mobile connection among the suction ducts on dredgers (sleeves). It is built with steel rings and used for the suction of water, mud and dredging debris. Also available with: rubber flanges (recommended), built-in rubber protected flanges or enlarged ends.

Temperature

from -40°C (-40°F) to +70°C (+158°F).

Construction

Tube: black, smooth, SBR/NR rubber with good resistance to abrasion and lacerations.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord plus steel rings.
Cover: black, corrugated (wrapped finish), synthetic rubber resistant to sea water, weathering, traces of oil and abrasion.
